approved. Accident and
injury reports were reviewed and discussed. There were five time loss claims in November. Steve reported that Facilities Services will be running reports in January to look at their trends in an effort to target accident prevention strategies. Michelle Gillette noted that the time loss claim that involved pulling a garbage bin occurred in September and the notification and claim were received in December. She said that pulling the bins has been a source of injuries for the night maintenance group. The committee decided to form a subcommittee to look into the situation. Michelle Wygle will draft a memo to notify Jerry Dominy that the subcommittee is inquiring about injuries received while moving dumpsters; George Hecht will be copied. A request is being submitted to replace the windows with tempered glass in the entire building. Overall staff did an exemplary job in responding to damage caused by the wind storm. The next Safety
